1. Overview

The Wunderpar Contests offer a fun, free way for golfers to engage with rounds, challenges and leaderboards while earning “Wunders”, our in‑app loyalty points. Participants enter by selecting outcomes, and correct entries earn extra Wunders which you can redeem within the Wunderpar app. This contest is not gambling – no real money is involved, no odds are set, and no purchase is required.

2. How It Works

– Each golf event or challenge you join is structured as a Contest.
– You’ll submit your predictions (for example: score relative to par, holes hit in regulation, or other defined outcomes) before the round begins.
– Typically an entry requires a nominal amount of Wunders.
– If your selected outcome is correct, you will receive additional Wunders, typically a defined reward amount.
– Once the round starts, all entries are locked — you cannot change your submission after tee‑off.
– Wunders earned from successful Contests will be credited to your account soon after the event ends.

3. Eligibility

– Participants must meet the minimum age requirement in their region (typically 16 years or older unless local laws require otherwise).
– Contests are available only in jurisdictions where such free‑to‑play loyalty challenges are permitted. You are responsible for ensuring you meet any local legal requirements.
– Wunderpar reserves the right to modify eligibility or limit participation at any time.

4. No Purchase Necessary

Entry into a Wunderpar Contest does not require any payment or real‑money transaction. Wunders are loyalty/reward points only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Fair Play & Integrity

– Each user may submit only one entry per Contest unless expressly stated otherwise. Multiple accounts or attempts to manipulate outcomes will lead to disqualification.
– If a round, challenge or event is postponed or cancelled, entries for that event may be voided and no Wunders awarded.
– Wunderpar reserves the right to void any suspicious or fraudulent entries.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there is an issue with a Contest result or Wunders awarded, please contact our Customer Support via the app. Wunderpar will review your dispute and respond within 48 hours. The decision of Wunderpar is final and binding in all matters relating to Contest outcomes.

7. General Terms & Conditions

– Wunderpar may modify, suspend or discontinue any Contest at any time without prior notice.
– By entering a Contest you acknowledge that it is for entertainment and engagement purposes only.
– By participating you agree to abide by these rules and any additional terms specific to the Contest.
– Neither Apple, Google nor any other third‑party is involved in or responsible for the administration of these Contests; only Wunderpar is.
