If you’ve lost your seed phrase, follow these steps for assistance:

1. Create a new wallet in the app and securely save the new seed phrase.
2. Log into your account, go to “Edit Profile,” and copy your full wallet ID to share with us.
3. Complete the form on our page, including any additional information we might need.

Please note, managing your seed phrase is your responsibility. As such, we can only transfer 50% of your Wundr to the new account hence why we emphasize the importance of safeguarding your seed phrase.
