Welcome to Wunderpar, where your golfing prowess earns you Wundr! To ensure fair play and the integrity of our system, we have outlined the following terms and conditions.

Adherence to these guidelines is crucial for your rounds to be considered valid and for you to receive your well-deserved Wundr.

1. Single Device Usage Only

Each player must use a single device for their rounds. Playing on multiple devices simultaneously is not allowed and will result in suspension of your account.

2. Legitimate Rounds of Golf

Wunderpar is designed for real golf courses. Playing legitimate rounds of golf is essential. Any attempts to simulate or fake rounds will be detected and penalized.

3. Do Not Kill the App

Keeping the Wunderpar app running during your round is crucial. Killing the app disrupts data collection and will invalidate your round.

4. Sufficient GPS Data Points

Ensure that your device’s GPS is active and functioning correctly. Insufficient GPS data points will result in an incomplete round and no Wundr will be awarded.

5. Valid Course Rounds

Your rounds must be played on recognized and legitimate golf courses. Unauthorized or non-golf locations will not be considered valid.

6. Valid Data Points on Wunderpar

It’s essential to maintain continuous data points on Wunderpar. Disruptions in data flow due to killing the app or other reasons will lead to an invalid round.

7. Valid Start Times

Rounds should be started between 5 AM and 7 PM, except in countries where night golf is officially recognized. Starting rounds outside these times will be considered invalid.

Giveaway Terms And Conditions

By participating in our giveaways you are agreeing to these giveaway terms and conditions. The giveaways are being run by Wunderpar.

Eligibility to Enter

Giveaway are open to entrants over 18 years of age. Wunderpar employees and associates are excluded from giveaways.

By entering Wunderpar giveaways, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

The Prize

The use of specific brands as prizes by Wunderpar does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Wunderpar’s decision on any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided.

Wunderpar will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Wunderpar reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering a giveaway will be used by Wunderpar for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing [email protected]

If requested by Wunderpar, the winner agrees to release their name and place of employment to any other giveaway participants.

The winner’s name and country of residence will be announced on Wunderpar’s website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Wunderpar accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the giveaway or being selected for a prize.

General

Wunderpar reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions.

Vouchers Terms And Conditions

1. Single Use Only

Each voucher issued by Wunderpar is intended for single use only. Once a voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be used again.

2. Non-Stackable

Vouchers cannot be combined or stacked together. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. Attempting to use multiple vouchers in a single transaction will result in the rejection of all but one voucher.

3. Non-Resalable

Vouchers are strictly prohibited from being resold. Any attempt to sell or transfer a voucher to another individual will render the voucher invalid. Wunderpar reserves the right to cancel any vouchers that are found to be resold.

4. No Cash Value

Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. They can only be used for the specific purposes outlined by Wunderpar.

5. Limited Applicability

Vouchers may be subject to additional terms and conditions as specified at the time of issuance. This may include restrictions on the type of product or service they can be used for.

6. Fraud Prevention

Wunderpar reserves the right to verify the identity of the voucher

holder and to reject any voucher that appears to be fraudulent or improperly obtained.

7. Changes and Updates

Wunderpar reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.

Terms and Conditions Regarding Huawei Devices

1. Non-Availability on Huawei Store:

Please note that the Wunderpar app is not available on the Huawei AppGallery. We do not officially support the installation or use of the Wunderpar app on Huawei and Honor devices.

2. No Guarantee of Functionality:

If you have managed to install the Wunderpar app on a Huawei device through other means, we cannot guarantee that the app will function as intended. Users may experience issues with app performance, GPS tracking, and overall functionality.

3. Lack of Support:

Due to the aforementioned potential issues, we are unable to provide support for Wunderpar users on Huawei devices. If you encounter any problems while using the app on a Huawei device, our support team will not be able to assist you effectively.

4. Recommendation for GPS Issues:

If your rounds are being classified as ‘fishy’ by the Fisherman due to GPS inaccuracies, we advise checking out Don’t Kill My App – Huawei. This resource provides tips on how to improve your device’s ability to record accurate GPS coordinates during a round of golf.
By using Wunderpar on a Huawei device, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. We recommend using a supported device for the best experience.

User Authentication and Transactional Emails

As part of the sign-up and login process, Wunderpar collects certain user information, including but not limited to email addresses, to enable user authentication and account access. By creating an account with Wunderpar, you consent to receive transactional emails related to account access, verification, and security, including One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and other essential notifications.

These communications are necessary to ensure secure access to your account and to verify your identity. Wunderpar does not use these emails for marketing purposes without additional consent. Wallet Transfers

To ensure the security and integrity of wallet transfers, the following policy applies:

An email must have been linked to the account requesting the wallet transfer.
The wallet transfer request must be submitted via email from the linked address.
